By creating an account or using Gainr you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Gainr. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

Gainr provides nutrition tracking and general fitness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, supplement, or training program. You assume all risk for decisions you make based on information from the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Gainr a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app.

To submit a DMCA copyright takedown notice, email support@gainrapp.com with subject line DMCA Notice. Include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, identification of the infringing content and its location in the app, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

You agree NOT to post or transmit content that is:

• Objectionable, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or graphically offensive.
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Spam, phishing, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
• Promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or illegal activity.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.

Every user has tools to report objectionable content or abusive users and to block other users from interacting with them. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. You agree not to misuse these tools (e.g., false reports).

Gainr offers an optional Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your App Store account settings.

The Gainr name, logo, and all app content (excluding user content) are owned by Gainr and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion via support@gainrapp.com.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gainr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gainr is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
